Dropped off alternator for rebuild on Dec 11th. Guy said it should take 1-2 weeks. Great! I return on Friday, Jan 5th for pick up. Guy says its gonna get started on Monday. What??? Started making excuses about the holidays and how backed up they are...really thanks for the heads up!. I took the alternator back. Waited almost a month. Not cool.
