Valvoline Instant Oil Change

15 minutes is a crock. What I thought would be an easy oil change turned into an hour wait with my baby crying. Other cars were serviced in a timely manner. They have no organized queue or wait list. I recommend going anywhere else. The long wait time and horrible customer service makes this place unbearable.

Dariun Black was my technician. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and explained the process and what they were going to be doing. This was my first time using Valvoline, and I appreciated the way he conducted himself. Very professional, and even though he mentioned different services I might need, I never felt pressured. Just informed. I also appreciated Christian asking if I was a veteran, and then telling me about the military discount of 15%. He didn’t have to do that, but that’s another reason I will come back to Valvoline, and tell my friends also.

I've been coming to this station for years and sometimes have to wait 15-20 min to be served. Thus, I want to give my tech-SOFIA-kudos for what she did for me in a short period of time, with no waiting. Right after I pulled into the stall, after greeting me, she called up my account and noticed that it was barely 3k miles since my last visit. She told me based on the synthetic oil I'm using, I really didn't need service until I reached 5k miles. But she then proceeded to check my oil level, adding a bit to it, checked my tire pressure and my windshield water level and then gave me a new sticker to advise me when to come in next time. Survey Comment: Anna was very rude. I needed to get both of my cars and oil change, but I was only able to accomplish one because she verbally attacked me while I was helping my father get into the correct lane so I could have two cars serviced. She told me I was not allowed to get out of the car that I needed to be in my car, but she would not let me tell her what my first car needed. She told me that was for the other Driver to do and then we were so grateful when Alex came over and he was able to help me set up my first car. A+++++ Service awesome job Sophia and Alex! I have a 17 yr. Old car. She looks a little worse for wear. But they treated me like my car was new. My dipstick broke off in my car. They got it out. They then suggested I go to autozone, which was very close by, to purchase a new one. They also offered to put it in for me. I came back and they put the new dipstick in for me. Thank you so much for such Amazing customer service!
