Valvoline Instant Oil Change

15 minutes is a crock. What I thought would be an easy oil change turned into an hour wait with my baby crying. Other cars were serviced in a timely manner. They have no organized queue or wait list. I recommend going anywhere else. The long wait time and horrible customer service makes this place unbearable.

Dariun Black was my technician. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and explained the process and what they were going to be doing.
