Discount Tire

Christian (intake representative) and the entire team at the Chula Vista store were extremely professional and fast! Words can't express my sincere appreciation! Hands down OUTSTANDING service! Also I want to shout out the manager, he was on site AND was actually helping his team...you don't see that everyday nowadays.

I had ordered the tires and paid for them 3 days before my appointment on Monday to ensure that I would get out quickly. I left my car there and went shopping at Costco for 30 minutes to come back and finding out that they had forgotten to order the tires when I went there 3 days ago. It totally defeated my effort of being efficient as a customer in preparing for my appointment. My experience was very disappointing.

They lie about what time you arrived and I waited so long when I asked them about the giant gap in my “arrival time” they said they had a lot of appointments. I was a walk in for a tire rotation because that’s why i bought my tires here to conveniently rotate them and there was nothing convenient about it. They took other walk ins purchasing service over my tire rotation I asked customers sitting around me who had come after me for confirmation. I like my tires but service is awful would not recommend if you are looking forward to those rotations had a better experience at Firestone

I stopped by the East H Street location in Chula Vista, CA to inspect my tires. I was greeted immediately and was informed that they would take care of it. I was informed of the condition of all tires and that they would repair the left rear tire. I waited about 10 minutes and to my surprise my car was done. I liked the text msg notifications but I really appreciated the OUTSTANDING customer service .

I can't say enough good things about Nick and the entire team at Discount Tire! This is the second time Nick has helped me, and once again, he impressed me with his friendly, fast, and efficient service. He’s professional, knowledgeable, and makes the whole process feel easy and stress-free. What really sets this location apart is the energy. The team here knows how to make people feel welcome, even during stressful situations. They greet everyone warmly and make you feel seen and valued. Plus, it’s clear they know how to retain top talent since I’ve seen the same friendly faces year after year. Nick is truly the best, and this location is hands down the best Discount Tire out there!
